The Lightworker Within Mentorship: a group coaching program for women

Let’s join hands in sisterhood and embody the Lightworker Within. This mentorship will help you embrace your own most authentic way to work with YOUR energy and light.  The next round begins March 31, 2019! The Lightworker Within Mentorship will include:

• weaving mindset work with spiritual practices to set yourself up for success

• rituals to deepen your connection with this Lightwork

• guided meditations

• grounding, cutting cords, protection tools

• working with pendulums and other tools for making decisions and tapping into divine guidance

• how to use your own healing energy for both yourself and others

• an assigned mentor to hold your hand throughout the process

• an accessible life + business coach to lead you through this work and help you incorporate light work, spiritual tools and mindset into all you do

• sisterhood + an empowering community

The LWM will feel spacious, healing and divinely guided. It will empower you to take an active role in working with your own light, intuition and spiritual team. This is about adding to your life, not your already full plate. We’ll have 2 weeks with each lesson. And I promise, it doesn’t feel like work. It’s FUN, light, whimsical, inspiring, creative, divinely guided and you’ll want to do it.

You may be aware of your own sensitivity or empathetic nature. At times you may have felt this was a curse, rather than the gift it truly is. If it feels like a burden, you may have not yet learned how to create healthy energetic boundaries and protect yourself. If you come home from work carrying around all the weight of everyone you encountered throughout the day, this will be especially beneficial to you. This mentorship will empower you to interact and hold space for others without taking on their energy.

Do you realize that you already have everything you need inside of you to tap into your own  light and energy? You have energy radiating through your body - RIGHT NOW! You can teach yourself to use it for healing, cleansing and energizing. You don’t have to take classes or get attuned from something or someone outside of you. You already have it.

Examples of how you’ve naturally used energy work throughout your life:

• kissing or bandaging a boo-boo

• sending prayers

• baking for loved ones

• gifting soup to a sick friend

• hugs and kisses

• blessing a meal

• creating or even buying a gift

The list goes on and on. It’s about loving intention and the ENERGY we put into the giving and receiving. It’s the most natural thing in the world to do.

In this mentorship, you’ll tap into your natural ability to use your light and energy. You will be able to use this for healing and intuitive work. The best part is - you’ll do this in the unique and healthy way that resonates with you. We’ll do this work within an intimate online community of women. Together, we’ll create a safe and sacred, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your gifts and practice using them to benefit yourself and others.

We’ll also really dive into weaving mindset work (moving from stuck bc of the bullshit to soaring with the good shift) with this lightwork and spiritual tools. We’ll find clarity and ease through meditation and mindfulness. It’s going to be one game changer after another.

Through this program, you will feel seen, heard and held. My deepest intention is that you feel happy, free, empowered and divinely guided as you confidently explore your light and energy within a safe and supportive community. I see us all aware and confident, filled with clarity as we continuously celebrate sweet divine moments together. I want to sit with you, wherever you are, hold your hand and together move into the light.

Meet your coach:

In 2010, I studied at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. This is where I learned the foundation of the work I do. I learned about mindset, energy work, meditation, working with Source, healing, holding space, and how to do this work in a protected and healthy way. After several years of practicing these techniques, I found my passion in leading group coaching programs. I’ve had the pleasure of holding space for hundreds of women as they have done the work to transform their lives. There has always been a deep spiritual and intuitive aspect to all of my coaching and programs, whether we’re focused on life or business. Now, I’m so lit up by this opportunity to host a program entirely dedicated to it. These tools have the power to shift everything, how you see the world, how you experience life, how you feel about yourself, your relationships, career, the amount of money you make… it is so powerful and has a ripple effect on EVERYTHING.

Meet your mentors:

I was lucky enough to be part of Sara’s Wisdom Within Mastermind and then Lightworker Within Mentorship and as soon as I started it....I could start to feel the fog clear. I was getting back to the fearless, fiery woman I always knew I was. But it wasn’t without effort- I really committed to the program and it worked for me, and besides that it was fun! I am so committed and excited to be a mentor because i really see how these tools we use in the program can light up people lives. I not only continue to work with these tools but I am so grateful to do it alongside a new group of women! I am returning as a mentor for this round because I want to hear the stories of other sisters, celebrate with them when they’re shining bright, and support them when life gets heavy. Being a mentor will also allow me to continue using my gifts, to master them, and to find my voice. Life is certainly a balance between the Light and the dark, and I hope to help each of you find your Light within. We are all in this together, and I cannot wait to share in the groove with you all!

I’ve made big moves since then - bought a house, shed baggage and pounds, and called in new friends, relationships, and opportunities. It’s all happening! Sara has been in my corner the whole time and has inspired me through her quiet leadership and presence. She is a spiritual guide but also funny as hell and a friend. Sometimes spirituality and working on yourself can seem so serious but working with Sara is fun! I’ve been a yogi, intuitive guide and witchy woman since my teenage years. I also spent a lot of time studying intentional communities and eco-feminism and have worked those studies into my worldview and my spiritual practice. I’m a pretty earthy, grounded and practical taurus and I’m all about convenient effective ways to incorporate spirit and light into our modern lives. I’m a huge music fan and dancing and release is one of my very favorite ways to feel connected to the source! I’m stoked to connect with other like- minded women and foster a community of love and respect. We are changing the world through changing ourselves. In the words of one of my favorite reggae artists, Jah9: “A spiritual woman is the greatest threat to the status quo.”



I really, really look forward to joining others attracted to the light and healing work, and also to continue to master these lessons. The more I incorporate these skills in daily life, the more they become second nature. Thoughts become things!

The last Lightworker class was great fun, filled with love and light, but over the last couple of days I have truly appreciated all of Sara’s teachings, as a beloved family member was slipping into a dark situation. I was able to put into practice teaching her to ground and protect herself, I did some card readings who’s messages clearly spoke the words she needed! I was able to call upon my spirit animal to lift her out of the situation and protect her. Cuz my spirit animal is a Bad Mamma-Jamma!!! I clearly see this situation working for good!

I can’t wait to have 12 whole weeks with Sara and the other sisters. And I’m super excited that I get to be a mentor this time and be even more involved and help Sara spread the love and light. “Each one, teach one”
