Energy Work

You can open up your receiving hand and place it palm up or out. (For most people you’ll find this is your left hand). You can then intentionally welcome divine light into the center of that palm. Then channel with your giving hand by placing or facing your right hand to wherever you’d like to intentionally direct it.

The coolest part of energy work is anyone can do it and you get to be creative with it and do it in your own way. There is no one correct way. You can receive (or channel) with both hands together, just like you can place crystals wherever you want. I love that we can be inspired by how others practice and then do our own alignment check to see where we land with it and make adjustments.

*remember to practice energy work on yourself. Us empaths and lightworkers are all about sending it out to all that would benefit. Remember to include yourself in that too.
