Welcoming Collaboration: Part 4

What areas would you benefit from support and from being in collaboration? Are you truly open to the support? Are you willing to do your part to make it happen?

Answer the Qs above AND really check in... are you open to this? And I mean willing to do the work. Saying we wish we had support or want help is one thing. Showing up for it is another.

Have you ever gathered the courage to ask for help, but haven't followed through in your part in the making sure it happens?

Have you ever said you'll support someone else and it didn't happen? Of course to both of these.

The asking for help doesn't instantly mean the ball is in someone elses court. When we feel into collaboration it means working WITH someone. We still have to show up. We have to agree to being out of our comfort zone for the higher good.

Make a list of all the areas you would benefit from support. Be general and be specific too. Then look at it and see if you're willing to ask for the help or collaboration and if you're also willing to accept it. If you get all tangled up in blocks and resistance here, let's go back to parts 1-3 and continue exploring what's at the core.

Please share what's coming up for you in the comments. Let's journey through this together.
