/I'm so excited to announce that I'm part a free online summit this week called the Do What You Love Revolution. And… it's going on right NOW!!! I'm presenting a talk called Flying Free: Your Clear Path to Action. I am so happy and grateful to be part of this!
I learned so much during the process of making my presentation. I am walking away more tech savvy than ever and pretty happy that I can make more than a 5 minute video. I learned that when I face my fears I feel totally confident on the other side... and feel like a total badass for even going for it. So my video wasn't perfect. And that's ok!!!! How freeing is that?!?!!!! I used my first take instead of second guessing myself over and over again. For an artist previously known as Perfectionista, that was a big and beautiful step! In the past I would wait for things to be just right in order to take action and boy did that hold me back. Perfection does not exist. However, I didn't know that and I seriously almost waited forever to JUMP!! Now that I've done so much work towards letting go of perfection, I'm so more productive and confident. I have truly become a woman of action and it feels so GOOD!!!! I discuss perfectionism, indecision and a few more blocks to action in my presentation.

Find yourself in a comfy position. Set a timer for the amount of time you'd like to commit to this exercise right now. I usually suggest 3 to 10 minutes. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Breathe fully and deeply, with equal length inhales and exhales. Silently repeat with your breath….
Inhale "Clarity"
Exhale "Confidence"
