Roller Coaster Energy here... how about there?

Are WE in it? Even though I am well aware of the collective experience, I still sometimes I wonder if it's just me because there are a lot of circumstantial things adding to my own experience. As there are to whatever yours is too. One moment peace and ease, all is well, extra clear, intuition on point, balance and harmony. And then in another moment movement, growth, productivity. And then in another overwhelm, extra sensitive, tired, slowing allllll the way down, crashing. It's been quite a whirlwind.

My holiday was honestly lovely. It was also 3 cities in 3 days for family get together's including one at my Grandma Florrey's house that just passed and visiting with my Noni who is starting to say her goodbyes as well. Lots of feels, awareness of my blessings, spirit and physical connections, gratitude and feeling so much love around me. And then this undercurrent of longing for more time and sadness.

We returned home to life and work and a lot of extra going on. From my daughter's class quarantining, to my partners birthday festivities, starting my cycle, lots of started home projects to finish, opening spots in the Inspired Business Circle and preparing for the 2022 Lightworker Within Mentorship. 

It's interesting balancing all the inward and outward things, isn't it? 

I know one thing, the more I lean on my team and connect with them in ALL of it, the smoother this roller coaster ride is, the more present and mindful I am, and the more trusting I am too. Knowing that everything is ok and everything will be ok too. Thank you, to my beautiful Team Above. They are on point in this partnership! 

I'm assuming you are experiencing contrast within and around you too. That's just what this season brings. Post harvest, we are energetically ready to slow the f down, rest and just be. However, society is like noooo don't listen, it's time to go go go! It's up to us to set boundaries for ourselves, be gentle with each other, prioritize what's most important, let go of what's not, find ways to honor our energy and really take care of ourselves. 

I truly believe we got this. And we don't have to do any of it alone. We have each other. And spirit has all of us.
