Inspired Biz Update

August was WILD and starting September I was feeling a bit overwhelmed as my childcare provider and assistant had started grad school and moved on. It reminded me of the struggle I felt when everything shut down in March and my carefully curated support system was no longer in place. I was feeling challenged to hold space, focus on my business, myself, my family, on top of wearing my full time mama hat. I felt everything starting to crumble. I was feeling it in my body, both what was and what wasn’t mine. Feeling all my feelings and also extra sensitive to the collective energy around me. As I dismantled it and got really present with myself, I felt the heaviness of the shell starting to crack and the light shining through. I called on my team Above again and again to guide me and show me the way... and holy crap did they show up.

I hear my team loud and clear.

Within the past month: They guided me to cut out the extra sugars. They guided me to in-person school for CG. They guided me to reach out to my former assistant and she was like hell yes I want to work with you on these Lightworker projects. They guided me to reach out to my daughter's former nanny and she was also a hell yes and started back with us last week. So many people I trust and love with my babies - my daughter and my business - are back. I feel like with this support team around me, everything has been falling in place. No longer do I feel overwhelmed or like I’m wandering around in the fog, but really excited and set up for success. Then there’s me taking care of my body and doing the inward work. Owww owwww owwwwwwww (howling…. It’s a she-wolf thing)

One thing after another, checking in with my team, and things keep falling in place. I don’t always understand what the guidance means of why I have to do it, but every single time I follow it more magic manifests all around me.

I had also been feeling a little stagnant in my business.

I checked in with my team about was the future of the Inspired Business Circle. And y'all, this is wild, but they guided me to change the price. The guidance was to LOWER it. I know... it doesn't make any logical sense but my team is so on point right now, showing up and setting me up for growth, so I listened. An old pattern of lack and scarcity was like... say what?! My ego was like…. No way. So I checked in again with my team. And I asked myself what was the abundant guided co-collabing with spirit choice to support those I love working with and support my own growth. What would I do if I took edgo and scarcity out of it and really let spirit all the way in. I looked up and the first thing I saw was a sign with the exact number that had come to me to change it to. Ahhh! I knew right then. Holy shit… my team is on fire and if I keep listening to them I will be soon too. With the choice to follow their guidance I felt completely invigorated and still do.

Since lowering the price of the business circle, I have had a huge influx of new and returning clients and saw my September 1:1 schedule book completely. And those prices weren’t lowered. I hadn’t even announced this one outside the circle. So just the act of choosing to let spirit in caused all this abundance to flow.

Looking back on the experience with lowering the price I saw that it was a true opportunity for me to work in collaboration with my Team Above and put my ego on the bench.

I saw where ego was showing up in my biz and this awareness alone empowered me to choose another way. What would my business look and feel like without ego blocking my way? Super authentic. Not bearing the weight of my own or other’s judgments. Free. Trusting in myself and my team. Leaning into the most beautiful, kind, aligned, grateful version of myself and my work I could imagine.

Here’s the deal. We are empaths and our life and work are all impacted by our energy. When one part is off and out of alignment it impacts the whole. So as entrepreneurs, we are also working on alignment, peace, mindset, ease and abundance within ourselves, our relationships and our businesses.
