Do MORE.

When faced with challenging or upsetting situations, the easy thing to do as empaths and lightworkers is to send love and light and then block out any overwhelming energy in honor of self preservation.

We can do MORE.

We have to do more.

There is room to take care of ourselves AND take aligned action.

There is a time to rest and a time to fly.

Both are important.

You can listen to, witness, support and hold space for others without taking on their pain.

Use your tools.

Take care of you.

Help each other.

Take a stand.

Take up space.

Use your voice.

Speak your truth.

Use your gifts and superpowers.

Show up in the way that honors where you are.

But show the fuck up.

It's time to RISE!
