It's ok to be sad. It's ok to be happy.

“It’s ok to be sad. It’s ok to not be sad too.” - something I tell the little goddess. 

It’s nice to know we always have a choice. And that there’s complete okayness (acceptance) in whatever we choose. And even if we choose to go one way with our emotions, we can change it and go the other at any time. And then go back again whenever we want. We’re not stuck.

It’s ok to be happy or not happy. Hurting one minute and not the next and then back to hurting. 

There aren’t any rules. There’s no perfect emotion sized box to fit in. There’s no right or wrong way to feel. Just know, you have a choice. And whatever you choose is ok.
