Holding my own space.
/We all have moments when it feels like the walls are closing in. We feel the restriction in our breath. We feel the weight of our challenges and don’t see very far beyond that.
In the moment of awareness, of this feels bad, a self hug can feel so good.
Instead of immediately going for all the tools to shift it. The gentle compassionate self care in the moment is really empowering.
Instead of how fast can I move through this and onto the mindset work, energy work and what’s next. Just being in the gentle awareness of what’s true for you in the moment.
Part of this experience is being here. Present. Aware.
And in unpacking the pressure to shift it, we do feel the expansion, the connection, the wholeness, the presence, the mindfulness, our emotion, our energy, our team, our body, our mind, our soul. The oneness.
Today, I choose to sit with myself. Hold my own space. Right here. Right now. In the constriction and expansion, I am here, I am me, I am safe.
